Buddhist Monastery Teaching is an unique opportunity for teaching to the Buddhist Monks and Nuns with a chance to experience living at Buddhist Monasteries in Nepal! As a volunteer in the Buddhist Monastery Teaching Program, you will be living in Buddhist Monasteries and immersing yourself in the Buddhist cultures and also you will have a rewarding chance to make a difference in life by teaching the Monks & Nuns. In other words, Buddhist Monastery volunteering helps exchange your emotional sentiments to the Monks and Nuns living in monasteries!
Nepal... being the land of birthplace of Lord Buddha, participating in our volunteer programs you can have chances to visit various notable Buddhist Monasteries in Nepal and even the Birthplace of Lord Buddha in Lumbini! We welcome everyone who wishes to join our Buddhist Monastery Teaching program to live in the Monasteries and learn Buddhism, gain wonderful experiences of working with monks and nuns; giving them some inspiring way of life, and be a part of Buddhist Communities and Cultures!
Program Duration: | 2 weeks - 12 weeks. |

Accommodation and Meals: | You will be staying with local host families & will be provided 3 meals a day according to Nepali menu. |
Working Time: | Flexible; 6 - 8 hours a day / 5 - 6 days in a week, all other time is free. |
Training & Support: | In-country orientation, Pre-departure helpdesk, Local in-country team and 24hr emergency support & services are provided. |
