Rural life experience volunteer program in Nepal is designed to give you the authentic volunteer experiences of rural community living & lifestyle. This is an unique opportunity to experience Nepal with a difference that leaves a lasting impression! The opportunity to live with local families in different regions of Nepal can be arranged. All placements include the elements of Home Stay and Cultural Exchange program. When living with a local family, volunteers will have the opportunity to learn about all aspects of Nepali lifestyle, cultures, food and people in general!
The program is suitable for everyone and it is targeted to anyone who has a keen interest in Nepali cultures & traditions. After completion of intensive Nepali language training, volunteers will stay with Nepali families in the village through participation in village life, village activities, where volunteers will experience the different local culture, while sharing their own culture and custom. In addition to living with the local community, you will have the opportunity to participate in various community development projects and women empowerment projects to help the people and community that you stay with!

| Accommodation and Meals: | You will be staying with local host families & will be provided 3 meals a day according to Nepali menu. |
| Working Time: | Flexible; 6 - 8 hours a day / 5 - 6 days in a week, all other time is free. |
| Training & Support: | In-country orientation, Pre-departure helpdesk, Local in-country team and 24hr emergency support & services are provided. |
