A Nursing Internship in Nepal is a program which is designed to give you practical work experience working in hospitals, clinics and health centers to become a Nursing Professional, providing Nursing Healthcare to the rural communities in Nepal. In our Nursing Internship program in Nepal, you will have the opportunity to get placement in local hospitals, clinics and health centers, where you can experience the healthcare facilities in developing countries like Nepal which face various challenges regarding conditions, diseases, and patient care.
In the Nursing Internship program in Nepal, you will accompany the doctors in various clinical rotations with a variety of procedures. Depending on your skills and interest you can work in different hospital departments like general medicine, emergency, internal medicine, traumatology, gynecology, neurology, pediatrics, maternity and delivery. Some of your work as a Nursing Intern will involve observation of and exposure to the personal hygiene of patients, disinfecting equipment, monitoring drugs to patients, preparing pharmaceuticals, injecting patients, preparing surgical rooms, gathering patient data, organizing patient data etc.

| Accommodation and Meals: | You will be staying with local host families & will be provided 3 meals a day according to Nepali menu. |
| Working Time: | Flexible; 6 - 8 hours a day / 5 - 6 days in a week, all other time is free. |
