Indra Foundation offers various affordable Volunteering, Internships & Gap Year Programs; combined with exciting Adventure travel programs. The program fees given below are in US $ in relation with weekly program duration. You are required to pay extra costs for other travel programs (optional, if you wish to take any) than your regular volunteering, internships & Gap Year programs! Note:

US $ 325 (non-refundable but deductible from total fees later) required for booking deposit and US $ 275 / per week extra for more than 8 weeks programs.
You are requested to make total payments within 4 weeks of your first Booking deposit payments to Indra Foundation.

Our program fee covers:

Airport Pckup
upon the receipt of your flight details we will pick up you from Katmandu airport.

Accommodation
You will be staying either in a host family or at the project.

Meals
All meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner) during your training period & placement, will be provided according to the Nepali menu.

Orientation
Training, Basic Nepali Language Course and Orientation.

In-country Transportation
We will take you to the project's location for the first time. After that volunteers are responsible for daily transportation to and from their project location.

Supports & Services
Regular support, placement visits and supervision. Also, we will help you with any questions that you have regarding your program before you leave.

The program fees also cover the cost of researching, visiting the projects, supporting the ongoing Indra Foundation Projects in the community / contribution to partner organization / projects.

Our program fee does not cover:

Airfare

Visa and visa extension fee

Airport taxes

Any personal expenses

Travel and medical insurances

Immunization

Health expenses

Cancellation & Refund Policy:

The amount of the program fees refunded depends on the date you cancel in relation to your payment date to Indra Foundation:
Following will be the refund amount excluding the program deposit fee and bank charges:

75% refund if you cancel within 2 weeks
50% refund if you cancel within 4 weeks
No refund if you cancel after 6 weeks
