Medical Internships in Nepal is a program designed to give the real work experience for medical students providing them opportunities to work in hospitals, clinics and health centers to get practical work experience in clinical / hospital environment. Through this program we aim you to connect with skilled medical professionals to expand your clinical knowledge and skill and develop your self confidence to become a successful medical professional! Also we hope that this can be a great opportunity for you to learn health and medical care practices and services in developing countries like Nepal!
In our Medical Internship Program, we give you placements in Hospitals, Clinics and Village Health Centres where you can work with certified professional Doctors providing the general medical services like OPD services, Medical lab test, X-Ray, Radiology and Diagnostics as per your area of interest. And sometimes you can even participate in or organise medical camps too! So, working with people locally in Nepal villages to learn to provide health care and medical services and getting their warm welcome makes this program wonderful!
| Program Duration: | 2 weeks - 12 weeks. |

| Accommodation and Meals: | You will be staying with local host families & will be provided 3 meals a day according to Nepali menu. |
| Working Time: | Flexible; 6 - 8 hours a day / 5 - 6 days in a week, all other time is free. |
| Training & Support: | In-country orientation, Pre-departure helpdesk, Local in-country team and 24hr emergency support & services are provided. |
